![]() Hello, It is a fact of (Microsoft Word) life that you should not expect the same Word document to look the same or have the same pagination when opened on two different computers (or even the same computer with different printers). Here are two articles on some of the reasons behind this and how you can minimize the differences: • • The two biggest reasons are (1) different printer driver software and (2) updating of styles. The articles give ideas on things you can do. This is how Word has been since its inception. If you want it to look the same for the recipient, send as pdf. That said, if you use styles and have the setting in your heading styles to 'Keep with next' it would go a long way toward helping. I strongly recommend that you spend about an hour going through this series of short tutorials: Doing so is likely to save you weeks of time (and frustration) relatively quickly. See for yourself: That's Office 2013 for Windows on top, Office 2016 for Mac on the bottom. Lightroom 5 for mac. Color coding matches the Windows programs as well, with Word in blue, Excel green, and so on. Professional audio editor for mac.
